 Gene and Mary Fuller Owners
Gene started Packerland Home Improvement in 1973 and Mary joined him in 1988. Gene is currently semi-retired as Mary runs the company along with their son Jerry (see below). Gene enjoys watching Jerry take over as head of the company, "He's been making many great improvements and our growth is a testament to his dedication." What Mary loves about the company is the great group of people she works with and the wonderful friends she's made with our customers, "I love being able to treat both my staff and my customers with the respect they deserve. That's often hard to find in large corporations." The Fullers hold that the company has always been based on customer service throughout each customer's process: before, during and after installation. To this day, Gene goes out to Packerland customers from 30 years ago, nailing siding back on and checking for damage due to major storms, which you don't find at many other companies. Mary and Gene find that Packerland's reputation is what brought Renewal by Andersen to us. Renewal by Andersen is the most customer oriented corporation which Packerland has ever worked with. The Fullers find that teaming with Andersen means that we will always be able to deliver the best product, workmanship and service to each of our customers! And with rising energy costs, Packerland is working to streamline the whole process, improving customer service while holding down their investment costs. The Fullers goal for the year is to reach a 10. What does that mean? Renewal by Andersen grades us 0-10 on our customer satisfaction, last year we achieved a 9 and this year we're determined to reach a 10!
 Jerry Fuller Owner
Jerry started working at Packerland during the summers when he was 13 years old. After graduating in 1982, he went into the US Navy from 1983-1987 and has been with Packerland since then. As an owner, Jerry finds that the family owned business takes pride in workmanship and 100% customer satisfaction. Jerry finds that, "It is these qualities and attributes that Packerland holds that match the ethics of Renewal by Andersen, and this is why it is such a good partnership." Jerry enjoys his ability to learn and know about the entire business, not only on the installations, but also within the office. His top goals are to run a fair and honest business and to have 100% customer satisfaction, through having quality materials and workmanship. He finds that these goals MUST ALWAYS be met, year after year. In his free time, Jerry enjoys camping, spending time with his family and riding his Harley in great weather!
 Amy Reinholz Office Manager
Amy has been with Packerland for almost 11 years now. She started doing part-time data entry and eventually went full time before being promoted to Office Manager in 2003. Amy enjoys every aspect of her job and all the responsibilities that go along with it. "What I love most about my job is the customer interaction. Whether in our showroom or over the phone, I love to help you with all your needs." She will do everything she can to earn and maintain your business, "Customer satisfaction is always a priority!" Amy enjoys working for a smaller family owned and operated business yet being a part of Renewal by Andersen, a larger corporation. Both companies are customer driven and dedicated to providing you, our customer, with the best products and service out on the market today. She's proud to be part of such a great team! Amy's goals for the upcoming year are simple- continue to provide the best customer service in a friendly and timely manner and she looks forward to working with you!

Kurt Hartjes Sales Manager
Kurt has been with Packerland since March of 2005, adding his incredible knowledge and assistance to the staff. What Kurt really enjoys about his position is not only meeting new people on a daily basis, but more so giving his customers a product which they and their homes deserve! "I like the family atmosphere of Packerland and really respect how the company takes care of its customers." He takes pride in the fact that Renewal by Andersen and Packerland Home Improvement has a combined history of 142 years in the home improvement business. Two of Kurt's goals for this year are to build value in his customers' homes and to help save energy through cutting customers' energy bills (by promoting Renewal by Andersen windows). In his spare time, Kurt likes to golf, plays football and enjoys the outdoors!
. Cody Miller Field Representative
Cody started working at Packerland in January of 2010. With him he brings almost 10 years of sales experience from companies which provide top quality products and services. "I find the most rewarding part of my job is to help our customers by providing them with the most energy efficient windows and secondly, to provide customers with an unmatched service team willing to do whatever it takes to meet the needs of our family of customers." Cody is looking forward to establishing relationships with our customers and making their dreams come true, through providing them with products that increase the overall look and value of their homes. In his spare time, Cody enjoys playing golf and working on home improvement projects of his own.
 Evan Tesch Lead Installer
Evan has helped out Packerland since the summer of 1999 and because of his dedication and expertise, he became the Lead Installer in January of 2006. "As I'm installing windows, I love to be outside interacting with the customers and I take pride in seeing a job well done." He enjoys working at Packerland because of the family atmosphere and their detailed attention to their customers and finds that the Renewal by Andersen product is of great quality and he enjoys supplying customers with something that they will enjoy. This year Evan hopes to improve on his work within the office and strives to "make everyone happy, from the customer to the boss".
 Josh Fuller Installer
Josh is the third generation involved in the family business. He started working full time after his high school graduation in 2006 and has enjoyed every second of it. "I feel privileged to be able to work with and see my father almost every day and I love learning from and watching my father work because, he's the best at what he does." Josh plans on someday taking his father's place in the family business as he says, "My dad may be a little guy, but it'll take a while just for me to put my socks on before filling his shoes!" Josh is, "truly proud to be a supplier and installer of such a great product. There's no guilt after an install as I know that it has been done right and with the best product available." In Josh's free time, he enjoys working on his house, hunting, fishing and camping.
 Eric Peschke Marketing Director
Eric joined our Packerland Team in February 2011, after working for five years in Indiana as the Sales and Marketing Specialist in his Dad's State Farm Agency. After his collegiate golfing career ended upon graduation, Eric became a professional golf caddie and worked from 2007-2010 all over the world on the Ladies European Tour, LPGA Tour, and Nationwide Tour. "It was a blast to travel and see certain parts of the world, but I'm excited about being here in Wisconsin...everyone seems so friendly. I find the most rewarding parts of my job are, meeting new people in the area, helping customers make better decisions regarding improvements to one of their most prized possessions, and also finding new avenues to get the Renewal by Andersen and Packerland Home Improvement brands and reputations out in front of the customers." In his spare time Eric enjoys golfing, table tennis, and being outdoors.
